Extensive services may require credit card to secure your appointment. please give 24 hours notice to avoid a credit card charge of a 50% service total for cancellations & rescheduling. For a “no show”, your credit card will be charged for the full value of scheduled services.
On location Travel
For your convenience I travel to desired location to make it easy on your big day On-site travel fee of $80 (goes for any event) Confirmation Notifications
As a courtesy, I will text or email to confirm your scheduled appointment one day prior to your appointment. After that, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule, but I will do my best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
At salon locations, I welcome walk-in guests. However, availability is limited & you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment. To ensure a spot in the schedule I recommend booking at least a week in advance.
Forms of Payment
I currently accept Gift Cards/Certificates, and cash. Credit cards will be accepted in the near future.
The industry average of gratuities (tipping)is $15%-20% of the service total prior to promotions or discounts. I greatly appreciate your generosity!
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash will not be given in exchange for unused balances.
I never let a client leave unhappy. All services are completed when client is happy & satisfied with the result or I will gladly make any changes needed
